CT555 Terms and Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between CT555 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual who registers an account, deposits funds, places bets, plays games or otherwise uses any service offered through the CT555 website and any associated mobile applications or platforms ("the Service").

By registering a CT555 account you confirm that you:

• are at least 18 years of age;
• are accessing CT555 as an individual for personal, recreational use only;
• have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which form part of these Terms;
• understand that betting and gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money;
• are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate or professional betting operation.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by CT555 including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, PSL betting, casino games, Teen Patti, fishing games, virtual sports and any bonus or promotional activity.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active CT555 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms. CT555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any associated bets, and forfeit any bonuses or winnings credited to those accounts.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your CT555 account including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number and email address that you own and control. Providing false information during registration is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

CT555 may request identity verification documents at any point including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or during an account review. Accepted documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.

2.4 Account Eligibility

Accounts are available to individuals in Pakistan who meet the age requirement. CT555 does not accept registrations from individuals who have previously been excluded from the platform, individuals who are registered on self-exclusion programmes, or individuals who have had accounts closed for breach of these Terms.

If CT555 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings generated during the period in which an underage player was active will be voided. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment source once the underage status is confirmed.

If you are aware of an individual under 18 accessing or attempting to access CT555, please contact us immediately at support@ct555.click. CT555 recommends that parents and guardians make use of internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.

Your CT555 account username and password are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your CT555 login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your CT555 account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password for your CT555 account that you do not use for other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings — CT555 strongly recommends this.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CT555 support immediately at support@ct555.click. CT555 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution. CT555 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security.

5.1 PKR Only

CT555 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, account balances, bets and payouts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is involved and no foreign exchange markups are applied.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

CT555 accepts the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Payment methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is displayed at the deposit screen within your CT555 account.

5.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on CT555 is Rs 500. There is no fixed maximum deposit although CT555 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for large deposit amounts. CT555 may request source of funds documentation for deposits that trigger enhanced screening thresholds.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your CT555 account, is strictly prohibited. CT555 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts other than those used for deposit or those verified in your name.

5.5 Failed Transactions

CT555 is not responsible for failed deposit transactions caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider or card network. If a payment leaves your account but does not credit your CT555 balance, contact support with the transaction reference number and CT555 will investigate and resolve the discrepancy.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal from CT555 is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to verified Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes of the request being submitted. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow within 10–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within standard banking hours and typically credit within 1–2 working days. Card withdrawals follow card network timelines, typically 2–5 working days.

6.3 Verification Requirement

CT555 may require identity verification before processing the first withdrawal or before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Withdrawals requested before required verification is complete will be held pending document submission and approval. CT555 will notify the player of any documentation required.

6.4 Withdrawal to Payment Source

As an anti-money laundering measure, CT555's default policy is to return funds to the original deposit method where practicable. If your original deposit method is unavailable, CT555 will process the withdrawal to a verified account in your name after completing the necessary documentation review.

6.5 Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited by you are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification and minimum withdrawal limits. Bonus balances and real money balances are tracked separately in your CT555 account.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Bet Amounts

The minimum bet on CT555 is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and account status. CT555 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits at any time, including reducing limits for accounts that show consistent winnings that fall outside normal recreational player patterns.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted once CT555 confirms it with a bet reference number. Bets are not valid until confirmed. CT555 uses automated systems to accept bets — where a technical error results in a bet being accepted at an obviously incorrect price (a "palpable error"), CT555 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account.

7.3 Market Settlement

Markets are settled according to the official result from the relevant governing body. For cricket and PSL bets, settlement is based on official PCB, ICC or relevant tournament authority results. Where an official result is pending, CT555 will delay settlement until the governing body's decision is confirmed.

7.4 Abandoned Events

If a match or event is abandoned before the minimum qualifying period for settlement has been reached, CT555 will void all bets and return stakes to players. Match winner bets on cricket fixtures require a minimum number of overs to have been completed — specific minimum over requirements are displayed on each market.

7.5 Live Betting

CT555 offers live in-play betting on cricket, PSL and other sports. Live odds are subject to change between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed. During periods of rapid play (ball-by-ball cricket, for example), short delays in bet acceptance are normal and are part of the live betting process. CT555 is not responsible for natural latency in live data feeds.

7.6 Disputes

If you dispute a bet settlement, contact CT555 support within 72 hours of the market settling. CT555 will review the dispute and respond within 5 working days. All disputes are subject to the decision of CT555's trading team, whose decision is final unless the dispute is escalated through the formal complaints process described in Section 17.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

CT555 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet tokens, cashback offers, PSL special promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion is specifically described as "no wagering", all bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is available. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be placed as bets totalling 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within their specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for checking and meeting bonus conditions within the applicable timeframe.

8.4 One Bonus per Promotion

Promotional bonuses are typically available once per player, per household and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. CT555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where it determines that multiple accounts have been created to claim the same promotion.

8.5 CT555 Right to Withdraw Promotions

CT555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by players before the change takes effect, except where required by law or regulatory authority.

CT555's Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn rewards by introducing new players to the platform. The programme is subject to the following conditions:

• The referring player must have a fully verified, active CT555 account in good standing.
• The referred player must be a genuine new CT555 user who has not previously held an account.
• Referral rewards are credited only after the referred player completes the required qualifying activity as specified in the current programme terms.
• Self-referrals — using a referral link to create a second account for yourself — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Referral rewards cannot be transferred between accounts and are subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• CT555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Refer a Friend programme at any time with reasonable notice to participants.

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one CT555 account.
• Bonus abuse: Creating accounts or placing bets with the primary intention of exploiting promotional offers rather than genuine recreational betting.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Match fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event on which bets have been placed on CT555.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to artificially influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a CT555 account.
• Money laundering: Using CT555 to process the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, scripts, bots or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent CT555's systems.
• Providing false information: Submitting false identity documents, false personal details or falsely claiming promotions.

CT555 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in Pakistan in relation to fraud, money laundering and match-fixing investigations. Where required by law, CT555 will disclose account information and transaction records to the relevant authorities.

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your CT555 account at any time by contacting support at support@ct555.click. Before closing, you may withdraw your available real money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

11.2 Closure by CT555

CT555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach, CT555 may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation and return them — minus any bonuses and associated winnings — once the investigation is complete, unless the funds are determined to be proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity.

11.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who self-exclude through CT555's responsible gaming tools are requesting permanent account closure. CT555 will honour self-exclusion requests promptly. Once self-exclusion is active, CT555 will not accept new registrations from that player for the duration of the exclusion period and will not send promotional materials to the excluded account.

CT555 is committed to providing a safe, controlled betting environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some people and we take our responsibility in that area seriously. CT555 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum loss thresholds.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break from betting for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from CT555 for a minimum period of 6 months.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any content from CT555 without explicit written permission. Your right to use CT555 is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal, recreational use only. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, sell, resell or commercially exploit CT555 content or services.

CT555 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform availability and accuracy, CT555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• CT555 is not liable for any loss of profit, revenue or betting opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors or data feed interruptions.
• CT555 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access.
• CT555 is not liable for losses arising from a player's interpretation of odds, betting markets or promotional terms.
• In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is subject to statutory minimums, CT555's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits CT555's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by CT555's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

CT555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, CT555 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of CT555 after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at ct555.click/terms-conditions and displays the date of the most recent update. If you do not accept any amendment, you should stop using CT555 and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.

17.2 Formal Complaints

If your query is not resolved to your satisfaction through general support, you may submit a formal complaint by emailing support@ct555.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint". CT555 will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 working days.

17.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with CT555 are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CT555 is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

17.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CT555 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, agreements or understandings between you and CT555.
